Description

Quimacer Expansive Cement is a high-powered demolition agent designed to break, cut, and demolish rock and concrete safely, effectively, and without explosives. It is the ideal solution for projects in urban environments or sensitive areas where explosives or heavy machinery cannot be used.

Its expansive action produces no noise, vibrations, explosions, gases, or sparks, preventing damage to nearby structures and minimizing environmental impact. A safer, more environmentally friendly, and more economical alternative to traditional demolition methods.

Usage and Features

When mixed with water, Quimacer Expansive Cement generates an expansive force exceeding 5,000 T/m², capable of fracturing rock, concrete, and other materials without the need for explosives.

Preparation

  • Mix with clean, cold water (max. 12 °C in summer).
  • Use between 1.5 and 1.7 liters of water for each 5-kg bag.
  • Stir until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.

Application

  • Drills must allow pressure to escape naturally to maximize efficiency.
  • Thoroughly clean the holes before filling them.
  • Proper drill design allows for control of the fracture direction.
