QUIMAGEL GNT is a sodium carboxymethylcellulose used as a binder and viscosity control agent in drilling fluids.

Description
CMC for drilling with high cake-forming capacity. It also acts as a rheological additive, increasing the viscosity and thixotropy of the drilling fluid.
Usage and Features
It is primarily used for drilling in medium- or fine-grained material, clays, and silts with low plasticity, provided that the environment is not highly acidic (pH>r 5.5).
